Please answer a country that I'm writing!

1. In the country, scone is famous because they like tea. Also, roast beef is from the country. Last famous food is... fish-and-chips!!! It looks so yummy, isn't it?

2. In the capital city, a red double-decker is running. We call the capital, London. The population is 7,756,600.
